Protein Smoothie

1. Banana and Vanilla Protein Smoothie

➡️ Creamy and satisfying​

Ingredients:
• 1 scoop of vanilla (or plain) whey protein powder
• 1 ripe banana
• 150g of 0% fat cottage cheese
• 200ml of almond milk (or other milk)
• 1 tsp of honey (optional)
• A few ice cubes

Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2. Serve chilled.

2. Protein-rich chocolate-banana smoothie

➡️ A guilt-free chocolate treat

Ingredients:
• 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
• 1 banana
• 150g of cottage cheese
• 200ml of oat milk
• 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Preparation:
1. Blend all the ingredients together.

2. Add a few ice cubes for a slushie effect.

3. Energy smoothie with banana and peanut butter

➡️ Perfect for a pre-workout boost​

Ingredients:
• 1 scoop of plain or vanilla whey protein powder
• 1 banana
• 150g of fromage blanc (or quark)
• 200ml of coconut milk
• 1 tbsp of peanut butter
• 1 tsp of chia seeds (optional)

Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2. Serve immediately.

Want a cooler version? Add a handful of ice cubes or use a frozen banana!

You can absolutely use 30% fat-free fromage blanc instead of 0% or 3% fat-free fromage blanc.

30% fat-free fromage blanc is higher in fat, making it creamier and more flavorful. It also provides more calories, which can be beneficial if you're looking to gain weight or increase your energy intake. However, if you're watching your fat intake, a lower-fat version will be more suitable.
 

In short, it all depends on your nutritional goals and your preferences in terms of texture and taste!

Adding apple is an excellent idea! The apple will bring a fruity touch, a bit of acidity, and a good source of fiber for digestion.
